According to its position and function, the water used for gas heating boiler can be divided into the following categories:
1. Raw water (source water)
Also known as raw water, refers to the natural water that has not been treated in any way. Raw water mainly comes from rivers and rivers, well water or urban tap water and so on.
2. Feed water
Directly into the gas heating boiler, the water evaporated or heated by the gas heating boiler is called gas heating boiler feed water. Water supply is usually made up of a mixture of recharge water and production backwater.
3. Recharge water supply
In the operation of gas heating boiler, some water should be lost because of sampling, sewage discharge, leakage and so on, and when the production backwater is polluted and can not be recycled, or when there is no steam backwater, it must replenish the water that meets the requirements of water quality. This part of the water is called recharge water supply. Supplementary water supply is the part of gas heating boiler feed water except a certain amount of production recovery. Because the gas heating boiler feed water has two definite quality requirements, so the recharge water supply generally has to go through the proper treatment. When the gas heating boiler does not produce backwater, the recharge water is equal to the feed water.
4. Production backwater
When the heat energy of steam or hot water is utilized, the condensed water or low temperature water should be recovered as much as possible, and the recycling of this part of the water is called production return water. Increasing the proportion of backwater in water supply can not only improve the water quality, but also reduce the workload of producing recharge water. If steam or hot water has been seriously polluted in the production process, it cannot be recycled.
5. Softened water
The raw water is softened so that the total hardness reaches a certain standard. This kind of water is called softened water. Referred to as soft water.
6. Pot water
Running gas heating boiler the flow of water in this system is called gas heating boiler water. Referred to as pot water.
7. Discharge sewage
In order to remove impurities (excessive salt, alkalinity, etc.) and suspended water slag in pot water, so as to ensure that the water quality of gas heating boiler meets the requirements of GB1576 water quality standard, a part of pot water must be discharged from a certain part of gas heating boiler. This part of the water is called sewage discharge.
8. Cooling water
In the operation of gas heating boiler, the water used to cool a subsidiary equipment of gas heating boiler is called cooling water. Cooling water is often raw water
