Therefore, the maximum amount of steam produced by gas heating boiler per hour in actual operation is called the maximum evaporation. At this time, the thermal efficiency of gas heating boiler will be reduced.

Under the rated return water temperature, pressure and prescribed circulating water quantity, the outlet water effectively carries heat per hour, which is called the rated heat supply of the gas heating boiler. The heat of 0.7MW produced by hot water gas heating boiler is about the same as that of 1t/h steam produced by steam gas heating boiler.

Because the gas heating boiler is a sealed container, which limits the free expansion of steam and water, the compressed parts of the gas heating boiler are subjected to the force of steam and water expansion, and the pressure is generated.
