Application method of Gas heating Boiler
The staff responsible for daily operation are required to learn about the use of burners. When the furnace personnel reach the standard of "three know four sessions", they understand the operation principle, the operation rules and the safety specifications. They can operate the gas heating boiler, check the faults, repair them simply and maintain them routine. When the burners are aware of any anomalies in the course of their work, they should stop in time and notify the maintenance personnel. If the burners need to be removed for inspection or maintenance, the power supply and fuel should be cut off first.
1. When the door of gas heating boiler is locked, the door should be unshakeable and safe and reliable.
2. It is forbidden to burn paper and garbage with gas heating boiler.
3. The protection system of gas heating boiler and burner includes explosion-proof door (gas heating boiler body), heating system pressure protection, water level protection, wind pressure protection, high pressure protection, low pressure protection, flame monitoring protection and so on. When the burners are actually working, all kinds of protection signals are sent to the program controller. Among the protection signals received by the program controller, the burners can only start when all the protection signals are normal.
4. The sealing of the gas pipeline has been checked during installation. In general, it should not be removed. When you need to disassemble, check the air tightness of the pipeline after reconnecting it.
5. The gas supply pressure must not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the valve group indicated on the nameplate. When abnormal gas supply pressure is found, the burners should be turned off in time.
6. When the filter on the gas line is dirty, close the valve on the line and clean (or replace) the filter on the gas line.
7. The photosensitive part in front of the photosensitive eye should be kept clean. Please remove and wipe it regularly. However, please note that when putting the photosensitive eye back into the electric eye socket, the photosensitive part of the electric eye should be facing forward.
8. The temperature near the burner should not be too high, otherwise it will damage some components of the combustion machine, especially the control box.
9. The vicinity of the burners should be kept clean and sundries should not be stacked so as not to be inhaled by the burners and cause losses.
10. Too high, too low or unstable voltage will damage some components of the burners, and may also affect the normal operation of the burners.
11. The burners should be prevented from splashing wet with water. Keep indoor dry and ventilated.
12. The burners need a certain volume of flame retardant air when burning. Please pay attention to keeping the air flow in the gas heating boiler room.
13. If the ignition failure of the burners needs to be restarted, it must wait about 10 minutes before the burners can be restarted after the combustible gas in the furnace has dispersed. After three consecutive failures, no burners should be started and professionals should be notified to repair them in a timely manner.
