The gas heating boiler is connected with the heat dissipation system in the room to form the heating system. The water pressure meter on the gas heating boiler shows the pressure value of the whole heating system, so the recharge is the water supply to the whole heating system. Therefore, in most cases, frequent recharge is a problem with heating system, not gas heating boiler.
Reason 1: newly debugged heating system
In the early stage of the newly debugged heating system, there is a lot of air in the system, and the automatic exhaust valve release of the system leads to the reduction of pressure, which requires multiple replenishment of water.
Reason 2: leakage in heating system
There may be loose sealing and leakage at the open pipe or buried pipe interface of the heating system. Because the gas heating boiler is in the heating state, the whole system is hot, so the leaking water evaporates quickly. It is difficult to find a leak through the naked eye.
If the pressure drop of gas heating boiler can not be found, it is suggested that the leakage of gas heating boiler should be checked first.
Method of inspection:
Stop running the gas heating boiler, close the heating supply and return water valve below the gas heating boiler (to ensure that the valve can be closed strictly), disconnect the gas heating boiler directly from the system, and replenish the gas heating boiler to an integer value, Observe for a period of time to see if the water pressure meter still fluctuates. This method can simply judge whether the gas heating boiler or the pipeline leakage of the heating system behind the valve.
Reason 3: failure of expansion Water Tank in Gas heating Boiler
The failure of expansion water tank will lead to the pressure of more than 3 bar and the water discharge protection of safety valve when the gas heating boiler heats up. Please contact the agent for replacement.
Reason 4: the rehydration valve is not closed strictly
If the recharge valve is not closed strictly and the pressure of tap water network is low, the system will fall under pressure when using domestic hot water.
Solution: if there is frequent water replenishment, it is necessary to contact the after-sales service provider to check the heating system as soon as possible to avoid the damage caused by long-term water supply to gas heating boiler.
