Method of scale removal in Gas Hot Water Boiler
The method of scale removal of gas hot water boiler is 1, chemical cleaning process: water washing, pickling, scale removal, washing, passivation treatment;

4. After the water washing is finished, "Yunqing brand gas hot water boiler cleaning powder" is added to the cleaning tank to control the concentration of the main cleaning agent. The degree is 3 ≤ 6% and the temperature is in the range of 50 × 60 ℃. The cleaning time is about 2 to 3 hours. The pH value of acid solution (once / 20 minutes) was measured with pH test paper regularly to keep it below 1. When the pH value tended to be stable within half an hour and no gas was released in the cleaning system, the pickling process was completed.
5. After the water washing is qualified, the "Yunqing Passivation prefilm Agent" is added to the passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of the gas-fired hot water boiler. After the solution concentration of the whole system is mixed evenly to about 60 degrees, the cycle is stopped and soaked for 2 hours for 3 hours. The passivation liquid discharge system is completed and the cleaning process is over.
