What problems should be paid attention to ensure the Safety of heating Hot Water Boiler
In China, heating and hot water boilers, regardless of tonnage, are thermal energy conversion equipment and belong to special equipment. In view of this, there will be the regulations on Safety Supervision of Special equipment issued by the State Council. Because its safety and stability is the most basic principle of its operation, otherwise it will cause great losses, because the use of heating hot water boilers should be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations:
1. When the heating and hot water boiler leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by the design documents required by the safety technical specification, the product quality qualification certificate, the safety and maintenance instructions, and the supervision and inspection certificate (safety performance supervision and inspection certificate);
2. Installation, maintenance and transformation of heating hot water boiler. The units engaged in the installation, maintenance and transformation of heating hot water boilers shall obtain the qualification certificates for the installation and maintenance of special equipment issued by the Provincial Bureau of quality and Technical Supervision before they can engage in the installation, maintenance and transformation of heating hot water boilers. Before the construction, the construction unit will inform the special equipment safety supervision and administration department of the municipality directly under the Central Government or the jurisdiction in writing of the installation, maintenance and transformation, and send the starting notice to the local county-level quality and technical supervision bureau for the record.
3. Acceptance of installation, maintenance and transformation of heating hot water boiler. After the construction is completed, the construction unit shall declare the water pressure test and installation supervision and inspection of the heating hot water boiler to the special equipment inspection office of the state quality and technical supervision bureau. After passing the standard, the state quality and technical supervision bureau, the state special equipment inspection office and the county quality and technical supervision bureau shall participate in the overall acceptance.
4. Registration of heating and hot water boilers. After acceptance of heating hot water boiler, the user unit must fill in the registration form of heating hot water boiler (general survey) in accordance with the provisions of the rules for Registration and use of Special equipment, and register with the State Bureau of quality and Technical Supervision. And apply for the registration certificate for the safe use of special equipment;
5. Operation of heating hot water boiler. The operation of heating hot water boiler must be operated by licensed personnel who have been trained and qualified to obtain the Certificate of Special equipment operators, and must strictly abide by the operating rules and eight systems and six records in use;
6. Inspection of heating and hot water boilers. The heating hot water boiler shall be inspected regularly once a year, and the heating hot water boiler without safety periodic inspection shall not be used. The safety accessories of heating and hot water boilers shall be inspected regularly every year, and the pressure gauges shall be verified every six months, and the safety accessories that have not been regularly inspected shall not be used;
It is strictly forbidden to install atmospheric pressure heating hot water boiler as pressure heating hot water boiler. It is strictly forbidden to use three kinds of heating hot water boilers with incomplete safety accessories: water level meter, safety valve and pressure gauge.
