The difference between Heat Exchange Station and heating Hot Water Boiler Room
The heat exchange station is the heat exchange station, the heating hot water boiler room is the heating hot water boiler room, the two are completely different individuals. Heating hot water boiler room uses fuel to heat water (or other media) to a place with certain parameters. It is the place of production of heat source. Its main equipment is: heating hot water boiler, blower, induced draft fan, circulating pump. And a variety of auxiliary equipment (coal feeder, slag remover), among which heating hot water boiler is the main body.
The purpose of the heat exchange station is to convert the high temperature hot water produced by the heating hot water boiler room (higher than 100C) into the hot water which can directly heat the user (below 100C). It is a transit station, and the space is large, mainly between supply stations, the working principle is: the power plant is the primary line, the heating district is the secondary line, and the heat source (power plant) heat network (primary and secondary line pipe network) heat user (residential building and unit) connection is the thermal station. The equipment is: plate heat exchanger, circulating pump, primary and secondary line decontamination, replenishment pump, water tank, meter, control valve and so on.
Both heating and hot water boiler rooms and heat exchange stations are part of the heating system and have different functions.
