Function and principle of deaerator for heating Hot Water Boiler
The deaerator is divided into head deaerator and headless deaerator. The general heating hot water boiler is equipped with head deaerator, and the large unit 1000t/h adopts tower type deaerator.
It should be noted that aerobic means corrosion, so the oxygen in the feed water system should be quickly removed, otherwise it will corrode the feed water system and components of the heating hot water boiler and form insoluble iron scale with poor heat transfer. The corroded iron scale will cause the point pit in the inner wall of the pipeline and the resistance coefficient will increase. Note: the state stipulates that steam heating hot water boilers with evaporation greater than or equal to 2 tons per hour and hot water heating hot water boilers with water temperature greater than or equal to 95 must be deaerated.
Working principle of deaerator of heating hot water boiler: the main condensate water (including supplementary water) from low pressure heater is adjusted by influent regulating valve, then enters deaerator, mixes with other hydrophobic channels in deaerator, and ejects through rotating film porous tube. The skirt water film is formed and mixed with bottom-up heated steam for heat and mass transfer, and the feed water quickly reaches the saturation temperature under working pressure. At this time, most of the dissolved oxygen and other gases in the water are basically parsed out to achieve the purpose of oxygen removal. Dissolved oxygen and other gases precipitated from the water are constantly coming out of the exhaust pipe at the top of the deaerator.
A part of the water flash vapor will also be used as the heating steam source when entering the deaerator, and all the heating steam will be condensed into condensate water after releasing heat, and then mixed with deaerated water, it will flow down through the outlet. In order to keep the water temperature in the deaerator at the saturation temperature under working pressure, the heating steam can be introduced into the deaerator through the reboiling tube. The deoxidizing water is pushed into the high pressure heater by the outlet pipe after being booted by the feed pump.
