6��The function of auxiliary heating hot water boiler is to assist heating hot water boiler combustion, there are the following main types:
(1) Primary fan: dry fuel, fuel into the furnace, generally using centrifugal fan;
(2) Fan: overcome air preheater, air duct, burner resistance, transport combustion air, maintain fuel full combustion;
(3) induced draft fan: remove the flue gas, maintain the furnace pressure, form the flowing flue gas, and complete the heat exchange between the flue gas and the air;
(4) Coal mill: grind the raw coal into pulverized coal which needs fineness, and complete the separation and drying of coarse and fine powder;
(5) Seal the fan: provide air with a certain pressure, and prevent the coal mill from leaking. Coal feeder: feed the coal and control the coal feeding amount;
(6) Electrostatic precipitator: dust removal and slag removal system: slag bin, slag catcher, slag shredder, bucket hoist, humidifying mixer, bag dust collector, automobile bulk loading machine
Of course, there are also fire detection fans, air compressor, fixed row, continuous row, pump and so on.
