1. Two-color water level meter. It is the most widely used local water level meter for local display of pot water level. The shape is a vertical glass tube, which is connected with the steam space and water space of the pot tube respectively. The U-tube connection principle is used to display the water level, and the optical properties of the material are used to make the two parts of water vapor appear green and red respectively in order to facilitate observation. The two-color water level meter is reliable and intuitionistic, and can be connected to the central control room through the camera. It is an ideal water level meter for heating hot water boiler. However, we should pay attention to regular washing, and some manufacturers have a short light bulb life, need to be replaced frequently;
2. Magnetic flip plate liquid level meter. There is also a magnetic floating ball in the vertical tube, and many small magnetic bodies are arranged on both sides of the tube. When the water level changes, the floating ball moves up and down. Because of the magnetic pole action, the magnetic body is flipped and the water level is displayed by brushing different colors on both sides of the magnetic body. The common ones are white red, green red and so on. However, strictly speaking, the magnetic flip board water level meter does not directly show the drum water level, so it is not commonly used in heating hot water boilers with lower pressure and temperature, such as hot water heating hot water boilers. It also belongs to the local display. The magnetic flip plate liquid level meter is more reliable and intuitionistic. But when using green red magnets, Such as ordinary incandescent lamps for factory lighting and dim light, the observation is not clear enough. In addition, some manufacturers use products for a period of time, floating balls will be stuck. Therefore, attention should be paid to regular cleaning;
3. Electric contact liquid level meter. It is used in remote transmission. Arrange several electrodes in vertical order, and the water level will be turned on or off between stages, thus showing the water level. The indication of electric contact liquid level meter is accurate, especially when the furnace starts and stops and the load fluctuates, the display of double color and electric contact should be taken as the main indication. However, attention should be paid to isolation when cooking, otherwise it will be damaged;
4, double chamber balance container. This kind of display error is large when starting and load fluctuating, and does not elaborate too much.
