The relationship between heating and hot water boiler efficiency and load rate is different. The efficiency of coal-fired heating hot water boiler is low at low load, such as 38% when the load rate is 40%. When the gas heating hot water boiler is used to adjust the combustion machine, under the condition of good commissioning, the efficiency of the heating hot water boiler is close to the rated efficiency under the load of 30% �� 100%.
The speed and the speed of the heating and lowering process of the hot water heating boiler are different. In the past, the non-computer self-control coal-fired heating hot-water boiler is used to control the water return temperature in the case of constant flow and quality regulation. In fact, the water return temperature is lagging. When the temperature of the water supply is increased by 4 to 5 DEG C, the water return temperature can change from 1 DEG C to 2 DEG C. The relationship between rated efficiency of heating hot water boiler and capacity of heating hot water boiler is different. For coal-fired heating hot water boiler, the capacity is 0.7~46MW (1-65t/h), and its rated efficiency is 82%. The larger the capacity of heating hot water boiler is, the higher the efficiency is. For gas-fired hot water boiler, the capacity is 0.7~29Mw (1~40t/h), and its rated efficiency is 92%. However, the efficiency of heating hot water boiler is much smaller than that of coal-fired heating hot water boiler with the change of capacity.
