Methods to improve Thermal efficiency of heating Hot Water Boiler
The thermal efficiency of heating hot water boiler is directly related to the economic interests of heating hot water boiler users. Therefore, the design efficiency of heating hot water boiler is definitely the index that heating hot water boiler users are most concerned about. It determines the operation cost of heating hot water boiler. Generally speaking, the higher the efficiency of heating hot water boiler, the lower the fuel consumption and directly reduce the operating cost of heating hot water boiler.
At present, as far as fuel gas heating hot water boiler, chain grate heating hot water boiler and other furnace types are concerned, the average design thermal efficiency of domestic low pressure industrial heating hot water boiler manufacturers is generally 70 -90%, and the actual operation thermal efficiency is about 60 -80%. Some small heating hot water boiler manufacturers even less than 50% of the products. Today, taking the small low pressure fast heating hot water boiler as an example, this paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of the heating hot water boiler:
1. Increase the effective utilization of heat, reduce the heat loss of heating hot water boiler, exhaust smoke and incomplete combustion loss of machinery.
1) reduce the air leakage rate of air preheater, especially the air leakage rate of rotary air preheater.
2) strictly control the water quality index of heating hot water boiler. When the scale content in the water wall pipe reaches 400mg/m, it should be pickled in time.
3) as far as possible, high quality coal with low sulfur content can be used to reduce the inlet air temperature of the air preheater. Modern large capacity power generation heating hot water boilers are equipped with air preheaters to prevent condensation on the heating surface of the cold front end of the air preheater. Resulting in low temperature corrosion of air preheaters.
4) according to the load and time of heating hot water boiler, the combustion condition is adjusted, the air distribution is reasonable, the center position of furnace flame is reduced as much as possible, and the coal is fully burned in the furnace.
5) adjust the amount of coal according to the volatile matter and time of raw coal, so that the amount of coal can be maintained at the optimal value.
6)Reduce the heat dissipation loss of the heating and hot water boiler, and strengthen the maintenance and overhaul of the heating and hot water boiler pipeline and body insulation layer.
