1. Draw the center point of the four sides of the pump base and the vertical and horizontal lines of the water pump installation on the basis of the inspection.
2. Lifting is in place. When lifting, the rope is attached to the lifting ring of the pump and the motor. The position of the base is adjusted so that the center point on the base coincides with the center line on the foundation.
3. Adjust the level and place the level on the processing surface of the pump base to adjust the level of the pump. The level should not exceed 0.1mm/m.
4. One pump and three valves, that is, the inlet of the pump should be equipped with a check valve and a butterfly valve, and the outlet is equipped with a butterfly valve.
5. The water inlet and outlet pipes of the gas hot water boiler are mostly flexible connections, and soft joints are installed at the inlet and outlet.

7. The horizontal suction pipe section connected to the pump should have a slope of 0.01-0.02 and the boiler pump body should be at the highest part of the suction pipe.
