Valve installation method for 1 Ton Oil Hot Water heating boiler
1. The position of the 1 Ton Oil Hot Water heating boiler valve installation is convenient for operation and maintenance while considering the beautiful appearance. When installed horizontally, the stem should be facing up and not down. Valves on high-altitude pipelines can be installed horizontally.
2. In the same room, the valves on the same equipment should be arranged symmetrically and tidy, and the suitable height of the valve on the riser is 1.0-1.2 meters. The valves on the side-by-side risers have the same center elevation.
3. The valve bracket should be installed when installing a heavier valve. Installation should note that the valve arrow points in the same direction as the pipe.
4. When installing the flange valve, ensure that the end faces of the two flanges are parallel and concentric with each other. Do not use double gaskets. For ease of disassembly, a threaded valve should be fitted with a joint.
5. When installing the flange valve, pay attention to screwing the bolt along the diagonal line and apply even force to prevent the asbestos pad from running off or causing deformation of the valve body. When the valve is connected to the pipe flange, the valve should be closed. When soldering the connection, the valve should be slightly open.
