There are certain conversion relationships between MW (mw) of hot water boilers and tons (t) of steam boilers. For example, a 0.7mw hot water boiler can be said to be a 1 ton hot water boiler, and a 4.2mw hot water boiler can be said to be 6 tons of hot water. Boiler, but mw must be the unit of hot water boiler, but can not say that 0.7mw hot water boiler is 1 ton steam boiler, the medium is different, the two boilers are completely different.
The following is an example of a hot water boiler model to introduce the meaning of each parameter.
WNS0.7-1.0/115/70-YQ: Represents horizontal internal combustion type gas hot water boiler, rated thermal power 0.7MW, rated outlet pressure is 1.0MPa, rated outlet/import water temperature is 115 and 70 degrees Celsius respectively, fuel is oil Or gas.
1. Rated thermal power: refers to the heat supply per unit time. The common unit is kilowatt kW or MW MW. Some people use tons to express the output of hot water boilers.
The heat supply to the hot water boiler is determined by the heating heat load. During a certain heating period, the circulation of the hot water boiler is constant. The temperature rise of the hot water boiler (the difference between the supply and return water temperatures) reflects the output (load) of the boiler. Therefore, the heat is regulated or controlled. The water supply temperature of the water boiler controls or regulates the boiler load.
2. Rated working pressure: It is the highest allowable domestic water pressure under normal operating conditions, expressed in MPa.
The nameplate pressure of the boiler is different from the actual working pressure. The nameplate pressure of the hot water boiler is designed by the boiler manufacturer according to the national standard GB3166-82 hot water boiler product parameter series, which indicates the maximum working pressure of the hot water boiler. The actual working pressure of a hot water boiler is determined by the working pressure of the circulating pump, which is generally lower than the nameplate pressure. In order to prevent vaporization of water in the hot water boiler, the pressure in the pot should be maintained to a certain level above the saturation pressure at the corresponding temperature.
3. Rated water temperature: It is the maximum allowable water temperature under normal operating conditions.
The water supply temperature and return water temperature of the hot water boiler are marked on the nameplate according to the provisions of GB3166-82. The actual supply and return water temperature of the hot water boiler is determined according to the heating requirements and the climatic conditions during the heating period. According to the adjustment method of the winter heating, the quality adjustment of the boiler water supply temperature is changed, and the amount of the boiler circulation flow is changed. Therefore, the water supply temperature of the hot water boiler can be varied as needed.
4. Boiler thermal efficiency: refers to the percentage of effective heat in the heat sent by the fuel. The effective heat is the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water multiplied by the rated hot water production.
